Building on the pipeline we developed with Fund I, OPAL Advisory has launched OPAL Fund II - a targeted $40M real estate investment platform with two different fund vehicles nested together.

The first is an Alabama-focused, 10-year+ hold Opportunity Fund vehicle that will offer OZ tax benefits for our investors with capital gains. The second is a 4-7 year hold real estate investment fund that targets mezzanine and preferred equity investments in compelling projects located anywhere in Alabama (not just Opportunity Zones) and offer an attractive return profile for investors without capital gains to invest.
